Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Development, QA, UI/UX, Implementation, and Support.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage project scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct project meetings, sprint planning, status reviews, and retrospective sessions.
- Ensure effective communication between internal teams, customers, and executive stakeholders.
- Track project KPIs and prepare regular project status reports.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and overall project performance.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards, quality requirements, and company processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and team performance.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in software development or ERP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master (PSM/CSM), or equivalent certification.
- Experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably Odoo.
- Experience working in software, SaaS, or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of PMO governance, project portfolio management, and resource planning.
- Familiarity with business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Experience managing enterprise or multi-site implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Power BI or project reporting and dashboard tools.
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Project Management or Business Administration.
- Experience mentoring Project Coordinators or Junior Project Managers.
